SHIPPING
We are proud of our prompt, efficient service. Deliveries are sent USPS First Class, USPS Parcel Post, FEDEX Ground, UPS Ground, UPS 2 Day and UPS Next Day. We can not deliver to a post office box. All deliveries must have a physical address. Orders received and approved Monday through Friday by 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the same day. Orders received and approved on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday. If you provide an e-mail address we will notify you via e-mail with order tracking information.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted 14 days from the date of purchase. You must contact us at support@ufixit.biz for a RMA#. When returning a product please include your RMA#, name, address, invoice / order number. As soon as ufixit.biz has received the returned product, a refund will be processed. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Please Inspect the package(s) upon delivery for damage. It is very important that you bring any package damage to the attention of the delivery driver. Any claim for damaged or missing merchandise must be made within five (5) business days. Save the packaging in which the delivery arrived. Please notify us at support@ufixit.biz and we will help arrange the return of damaged merchandise. All shipments are insured for damage and lose.
